1. Who we are

AltView Global DWC-LLC (Business Centre, 3rd Floor, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, Dubai, UAE) is the data controller for personal information processed in connection with our Services and the Site. Contact: info@altviewinsights.com.

2. Information we collect

Contact and account information you provide — name, employer, job title, email address, phone number — when you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, register for an event, or enter into an Order Form.
Commercial information connected to an engagement — billing details, correspondence and meeting records.
Technical and usage information collected automatically when you use the Site — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited — via cookies and similar technologies described below.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to provide and administer the Services and the Site; to communicate with you, including sending newsletters and publications you have subscribed to; to manage billing and our commercial relationship; to improve our content and services; to protect the security of our systems; and to comply with legal obligations. We rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent (for newsletters, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — website and newsletter hosting, email, payment processing, accounting and professional advisers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments; where required by law or a competent authority; or in connection with a corporate transaction. Because our providers may be located outside the UAE, personal information may be transferred internationally; where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship and up to seven (7) years afterwards for legal, accounting and audit purposes — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@altviewinsights.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority.
